ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed after 10:30 am will be shipped the next day. If the order is placed on a weekend or on a national Italian holiday it will be shipped on the first working day.
Orders placed within 10:30 am will be shipped on the same day.
*These conditions might vary in case of vacations/out of office dates - in these cases there will be a notification on the website that explains the variations.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders to Italy - All parcels sent to Italy receive Express Shipping. Delivery normally happens within 1-2 working days. In case of islands or disadvantaged areas the delivery might be delayed of a few days.

Orders to Europe (EU) - All parcels sent to Europe (European Union) will take 5-10 days to be delivered.
*These conditions might vary in case of vacations/out of office dates - in these cases there will be a notification on the website that explains the variations.

Orders to Europe (Extra EU) - All parcels sent to Europe (Non European Union) might take longer than 5-10 days due to customs.
*These conditions might vary in case of vacations/out of office dates - in these cases there will be a notification on the website that explains the variations.

Customer pick up - If you have chosen to pick up your order personally at my studio, I will contact you shortly after the order is placed in order to arrange pick up date and time.

RETURNS 

You can return your order within 20 days from the date of the purchase. Customers will be charged with the cost of the shipping for the return (8,50€ from Italy - 15,00€ from Europe) - you will be refunded once the parcel reaches my studio (minus shipping expenses) and good conditions of the item have been verified (make sure to ship back the parcel exactly how it has been shipped to you in order to avoid damage while in transit).
If you return your order personally at my studio, you won't be charged with any additional cost.
